Risk Disclaimer
Last updated: August 2026
Trading foreign exchange, commodities, indices and CFDs carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for every investor. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. With some instruments and account types you can lose more than your initial deposit.
Automation does not remove risk
AI UNA executes rules consistently. It does not make a losing strategy profitable. A system that follows bad rules will follow them faithfully all the way down. The quality of the outcome depends on the quality of the strategy you approve.
Historical testing has limits
Backtest results are produced under simplified assumptions. Real execution involves slippage, requotes, variable spread, latency, gaps and outages that a simulation cannot fully reproduce. A configuration tuned to perform well on one period of historical data may perform differently on another, and differently again in live conditions.
Technology can fail
Connections drop, APIs return errors, and servers go down. An interruption can leave a position open without management, or prevent a trade from being placed. Do not deploy capital you cannot afford to have exposed during an outage.
Not investment advice
Nothing produced by AI UNA — including analysis, market commentary, or responses from the UNA companion — constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any instrument. If you need advice, consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
Prop firm accounts
Many prop firms restrict or prohibit automated trading. It is your responsibility to confirm that your firm permits it before connecting an account. Breaching those rules may cost you the account, and we cannot recover it for you.
