What we collect
When you create an account we store your email address and the name you provide. When you connect a trading account we store its label, server name, account type, and an identifier issued by our broker integration partner. We store the trades and account snapshots that come back from that integration, and the messages you exchange with UNA.
What we do not collect
We never receive, store, or have access to your broker password or investor password. Those are entered on a page hosted by MetaApi, our broker integration partner, and are held by them. We hold only a reference identifier that lets us request data and place orders you have approved.
How we use it
To operate the service: to display your account, to execute the strategies you approve, to answer your questions through UNA, and to enforce the limits of your plan. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Processors we use
Supabase for authentication and database storage. MetaApi for broker connectivity. Anthropic for the language model behind UNA. Vercel for hosting. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything associated with it. Write to support@aiuna.app. If you are in the EU or UK you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is open. If you delete your account we remove your personal data, keeping only what we are legally required to retain.
